Enter into the imaginative, whacky world of graphic novels this summer. Reading Graphic Novels is a reading group dedicated to the narrative and visual form of the graphic novel. Together we will unravel the complexities of each book we read to better understand the relationship between stories and aesthetics.

The group’s inaugural meeting will be held on Sunday, June 26 at 4 pm at Bar Sepia (234 Underhill Avenue in Brooklyn). At this meeting the group will discuss Can’t We Talk About Something More Pleasant? By Roz Chast. Grab yourself a copy and get reading today!

Interested in attending? RSVP to graphicnovels.reading@gmail.com for more details.
